Job description We are looking for an experienced RLO, who will be the Stapletech representative working across all sites where Stapletech carry out Heating, Maintenance and Refurbishment works.
The role of our RLO is to Liaise with our tenants, making sure they comfortable and happy with our works. You will need to make sure that a visit is made daily to all properties, numbers taken and calls made at the end of each day to make sure they are happy with Staple Tech's employees and works, you will be expected to deal with all complaints and issues. Once a month you will be asked to go to a number of properties with our client to carry out customer satisfaction reports.
We would like the candidate to be competent in using emails, word and excel. You will be given a car with a fuel card and phone for your duties.
Working Hours: 8am and 4pm with 1 hour lunch break.
Location: You will be based in the office with site visits being made, as per the works requirement.
Experience: Previously worked in Social Housing (desirable)
